Christmas Gift: When It Will Be Paid – What will those who have been suspended receive?

However, those of the above employees, whose relationship with the employer did not last the entire period (from 1/5 to 31/12), are entitled to receive part of the gift according to the duration of their employment relationship. Even employees who have worked for less than 19 days are entitled to a corresponding fraction of the gift. Employees who work less than 5 days a week (for five-day employees) and less than 6 days a week (for 6-day employees) are entitled to a gift Christmas 1 salary for every 8 realized salaries within the period from 01/05/2016 to 31/12/2016.
