The beneficiaries of the program are provided with a state subsidy for nine months, with a maximum amount per month of 600 euros, while the subsidy rate can be up to 90% of their loan installment for the first three months. For consistent borrowers the state subsidy of the monthly installment starts from 90% for the first quarter, decreases to 80% in the second and 70% in the third quarter and the maximum subsidy is 600 euros For borrowers with red loans the state subsidy starts from 80% for the first quarter and decreases to 70% for the second and 60% for the third quarter. The maximum amount of the subsidy reaches 500 euros. For this category there must first be some form of arrangement with the bank in order for the borrower to be able to join the program. For loans that have been terminated the state subsidy of the monthly installment starts from 60% for the first quarter and is reduced to 50% for the second and 30% for the third quarter. The maximum amount of the grant is set at 300 euros. Each individual can submit only one application for inclusion in the Program that includes all loans secured by his main residence, while if there are more than one owner (co-owners) of the main residence , the application is enough for one of them.
