Yoga has often been used by theater people to increase concentration, energy and what Barba calls the actor’s presence. Director Ioli Andreadi organizes an Acting Yoga seminar with ten two-hour online meetings. Acting Yoga is yoga for actors and those interested in the practical relationship of yoga with theater on a research, expressive and creative level. She studied directing at RADA and King’s College London, where in 2014 she completed her doctoral dissertation on Theater, Performance and Ritual, as a fellow of the Onassis Foundation. He lived and worked for 7 years in London and New York on the theater as a fellow of the FULBRIGHT FOUNDATION GREECE, Onassis Foundation, Stavros Niarchos Foundation and JF COSTOPOULOS FOUNDATION. He is a graduate of the Karolos Koun Art Theater, Department of Theatrical Studies, University of Athens, holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Policy from Panteion University, and was a Visiting Research Fellow at King’s College London in 2015 and 2016, as part of his postdoctoral research.
